Returns & Exchanges

I strive to provide excellent customer service and have satisfied customers. If you have any issues or are unsatisfied with your purchase, do not hesitate to contact me. If you purchase an item that does not fit correctly or is the wrong size and I cannot resize or fix it, I will issue a store credit for the original price of the item or you can exchange for another item on my site of equal or lesser value. To do this, the item must be sent back first in unworn, original packaging at your cost. If the item is returned and has signs of wear and tear, I reserve the right to refuse return on the item and will not issue store credit and you may pay to have it shipped back to you. Store credit will not be allowed to be used on custom items. Most rings cannot be resized.
